Description:Prepare and cook menu items in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, focusing on wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, grilled plancha dishes, and small plates.Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning while adhering to recipes and standards.Collaborate with the team to execute daily specials using local, seasonal ingredients.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.Assist with inventory, prep work, and opening/closing duties.Requirements:1+ years of experience as a line cook or similar role in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant.Strong knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean/Southern cooking techniques, including wood-fired ovens and grilling.Ability to work in a team-oriented, open-kitchen setting with high standards for food safety and quality.Passion for sustainable, local sourcing and creative cuisine.
