How You’ll Lead Change as Regional Medical Director Work closely with the CMO todrive performance, uphold quality standards, and serve as liaison between the clinical and executive team. Provide strategic leadership for all clinical education initiatives, guiding the creation, execution, and evaluation of student training programs and overseeing a group of ~ 20 providers. Act as a champion for population health, culturally competent care, and health equity across the region. Requirements for the Regional Medical Director Medical Degree from an accredited institution, MD or DO. CA Medical License. BC in area of Specialty (Family Medicine or Pediatrics). 3-5 years of clinical experience. Provider supervisory experience, leadership education, or related experience.
