Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile environment. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and solution design guidance.

Qualifications: 10+ years of Java development experience. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Java Developer. Strong expertise in Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, and container technologies.
