We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and generate new business across our regions.If you thrive on relationships, strategy, and seeing your efforts turn into real work in the field—this role is for you.What You’ll Do✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities✅ Build relationships with GCs, property managers, and decision‑makers✅ Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close✅ Partner with Operations and Pre‑Construction on pricing and strategy✅ Represent HCC at industry events and networking functions✅ Track pipeline activity and revenue performanceWhat We’re Looking For✔ 3–5 years of business development experience in commercial painting or construction✔ Proven ability to generate and close new business✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills✔ Strategic, organized, and results‑driven✔ Comfortable working in the field, at job sites, and in the office✔ Microsoft Office proficiency; Paint Projex experience a plusWhy HCC?At HCC, how we win work matters.
