Sanitation Supervisor
Our client is seeking a Day Shift Sanitation Supervisor for thier Food Manufacturing facility near Sayre PA / Waverly NY. This posiiotn works 4 days, Friday - Monday from 6am - 4pm. teh Sanitation Supervisor will oversee the development & execution of the sanitation program to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role supports daily operations by coordinating sanitation activities, training employees on proper procedures, and verifying that cleanings meet company & industry requirements. the Supervisor will also provide direction, motivation, and technical support to all sanitation employees to ensure the sanitation process is completed effectively and on time. the SUpervisor will develop, implement, and maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP’s).Interested Candidates should contact Lee Douglas @ 610 617-1447 or send a current resume to LDouglas@judge.com This job will have the following responsibilities:Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of equipment, surfaces, utensils, and the plant environment & ensure the sanitation process is completed effectively and on time.Support and report any concerns related to food safety and product quality to FSQA Manager.Provide direction on all sanitation related activities in all quality, safety, health, employee relations, operations, and maintenance programs.Run the master sanitation schedule by establishing priorities, scheduling, assigning work and communicating with sanitation staff Assist in the development and execution of training and certifications to meet all job requirements and ensure employee compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.Measure and analyze sanitation performance metrics and lead cross functional sanitation meetings to review findings and assign investigation and corrective action responsibilities to drive continuous improvement.Develop, implement, and maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP’s).Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team as necessary.Qualifications & Requirements:College Degree Preferred Food Safety Certifiecations Highly Preferred - SQF, HACCP, PCQI, FSMA 1-2 Years of Supervisor Experiecne in Manufactruring Knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Systems and inspection programs, cleaning systems and chemicalsKnowledge of the sanitation process, cleaning chemistry, chemical storage, handling and dispensing systems and sanitary design principles.Knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations.#JDP
