We’re a team that supports each other, celebrates individuality, and genuinely enjoys what we do.THE ROLEWe’re looking for a Part-Time Hospitality Associate who is sales-driven, people-focused, and excited to create engaging, high-touch guest experiences. This role is key to growing our hospitality program, helping turn visits into lasting relationships and strong sales results.You’ll lead tastings, share our story in a way that feels natural. You’ll also support daily tasting room operations, outreach, and events, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.This position may transition into full-time based on business needs and performance.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead engaging, educational tastings that feel fun, personal, and memorableBuild authentic connections and confidently guide guests toward purchases and wine club membershipShare the story of our wines, vineyards, and winemaker with ease and enthusiasmCapture guest information to support long-term relationships and follow-upSupport tasting room operations: transactions, restocking, inventory, and maintaining a polished spaceStay proactive with outreach, follow-up, and daily responsibilitiesAssist with on-site and off-site events as neededBring a positive, team-first attitude and adapt easily in a dynamic environmentWHAT YOU BRING2+ years in hospitality, sales, or a guest-facing roleStrong people skills where you read the room, connect naturally, and make guests feel at easeConfidence in driving sales and converting experiences into purchases and membershipsPolished, approachable communication style (in person, phone, and email)Curiosity and enthusiasm for wineStrong organization and follow-throughComfort with POS/CRM systems and basic tech (WineDirect a plus)Ability to lift up to 40 lbsSchedule is Fri, Sat plus on call, as neededValid driver’s license and reliable transportationMust be 21+COMPENSATIONHourly DOE + gratuities, wine club, and sales incentivesEligibility for year-end bonus based on performance and company resultsEmployee wine allocation (Mark Herold Wines + sister brands Brion, B.
