You’ll be joining a highly talented team where you can help to drive both the mission and technical direction of Gridline.Core Responsibilities & Qualifications5+ years of backend engineering experience, including ownership of complex production services.Expertise in Go, with hands‑on experience building scalable, fault‑tolerant backend systems.Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals (concurrency, data modeling, caching, observability, resiliency patterns).Ability to produce clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and raise the quality bar for the team.Experience designing and evolving SaaS architectures with an emphasis on performance and reliability.Collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with product, design, and operations to deliver high‑impact features.Fintech or regulated‑industry experience is a plus, especially with payments, reconciliation, or ledger systems.Experience with Terraform or infrastructure‑as‑code in cloud environments is a bonus.
