Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Williamsport, MD. This contract position involves working onsite within a K-12 educational setting, supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students. This role provides a rewarding chance to make a significant impact on student communication and learning development.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 studentsDevelop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needsCollaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and outcomesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planningPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid SLP credentials and certification of clinical competency (CCC-SLP)Experience working in school-based settingsStrong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorder interventionsAbility to manage a caseload of roughly 50 students efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLocation & Schedule:Onsite position based in Williamsport, MDFull-time contract aligned with the academic calendar of the 2026-2027 school yearInclusion of services across K-12 grade levelsThis role offers a collaborative environment to utilize your SLP skills within a school setting, supporting diverse student needs and contributing to their academic success.
