Business Analyst Montgomery, Alabama (Onsite)Phone + VideoJob SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare technology modernization initiative focused on transforming legacy systems into a modern, configurable platform environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to validate requirements, review deliverables, and ensure solutions align with business and contractual expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and PMO teams Support and review project/program deliverables Perform business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation Analyze and communicate vendor solutions and system impacts to business teams Track project artifacts, risks, issues, and action items Support meetings, reporting, presentations, and project coordination Participate in software development/configuration efforts using multiple methodologies Assist with CMS reporting and certification-related activities Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Skills / Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst Strong experience in large enterprise environments Hands-on experience with Medicaid, Medicare, MMIS, or Healthcare Payer systems Experience in large-scale modernization projects or multi-vendor environments Strong skills in:Requirements Gathering Business Process Analysis Documentation Stakeholder Management Communication & Analytical Skills Experience with tools:Visio MS Project Office 365 SharePoint Teams/Webex Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred SkillsExperience in Business Process Modeling & Process Improvement Experience working in matrixed or multi-contractor organizations Technical writing experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAbhishek KumarSr. Technical RecruiterVerito Solutions - An E-verified company(Bunnell, Florida 32110)
