All you need is a bachelor’s degree in Human Services field with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in child welfare (Masters preferred). We will teach you the rest!A Day in The Life as a Director, Intake and PlacementAs a Director of Intake and Placement you will provide support to Intake and Placement Specialists who are seeking stable safe placements for youth in foster care. You will partner with our case management teams, our network of providers, and all levels of child advocates to find the “right” placement for youth so that they can achieve lasting permanency. The Director of Intake and Placement will assist in promoting safety above all, and encouraging the least restrictive and shortest length of out of home placement for children.
