Human Resources Generalist

Our clients are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support employee services and HR transactional processes through a centralized HR Operations Center. This role delivers timely, accurate, and confidential HR support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HR services.Work model:On-SiteWhat you will do:Serve as a primary contact for employees and Unit HR by responding to HR-related inquiries through the HR Operations Center (Ask HR)Research, resolve, and respond to employee questions in a professional, timely, and customer-focused mannerMaintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and HR dataEnsure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceededCollaborate with HR team members on issue resolution, escalations, and continuous improvement initiativesAdminister and support HR processes, including:Talent acquisition support and interview coordinationInternal transfer and job change activitiesOrganizational management updatesEmployee record maintenance and data accuracyLearning and training administration What you will need to be successful:Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience1-3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or shared servicesStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated professionalism and discretion with sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Employee Profile)Experience supporting HR shared services or employee experience functionsPower BI or HR reporting tool experienceExperience in a manufacturing or corporate environmentBenefits overview:401kMajor health insurancesEmployee Stock Ownership Plan ( ESOP )Click here for a complete list of benefits
