Program Manager, Transitional Living Program, Taos
Hours: Full-time, regular, non-exempt, 36 hours per week

All Staff Requirements:
Maintain trauma-informed, supportive environment for staff and clients
Ensure provision of services in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere
Provide services with integrity, respect, empathy, and confidentiality to residents;
Engages as a member of a team of care to ensure safety, stability, and permanency using trauma-informed care
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field, from an accredited institution; or
Bachelor's degree or above in another field with two years of direct experience in serving the SED population; or
Licensed registered or licensed practical nurse with one year of experience in the mental health field; or
In the event that there are no suitable candidates with the above qualifications, an associate's degree, or a HS degree or GED and a minimum of three years' experience in social services.
At least three years of experience in case management, with experience working with youth and young adults preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Leadership skills including taking initiative, directing a team and engaging collaboration
Adaptability and flexibility to respond appropriately to fluid situations
Self-motivation and ability to prioritize time and resources
Organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met
Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead
Ability to work under pressure in operational and office environments
Administrative and clerical skills such as document creation, email correspondence, facilitating meetings in-person and/or virtually
Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
Responsibilities:
Supervise TLP staff: Case Managers (5), Early Childhood Advocate
Coordinate program operations across 3 locations: Espanola, Las Vegas, Taos
Oversee training of new employees
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Communicate with teams about their performance
Monitor team performance and report to Program Director
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Provide transportation under exceptional circumstances only (I.e., orientation, appointments that mandate DTP presence, group activities, and urgent medical needs).
Maintain clear, complete, and timely file documentation for each resident.
Implement program rules and policies, including creating appropriate behavioral contracts when needed.
Perform urinalysis test for residents as required.
Coordinate resident activities (independent living skills classes, community events, purchasing supplies) as time permits.
Maintain contacts, satisfactory working relationships, and timely communications with representatives of area schools, colleges, GED programs, employers, financial aid counselors, parent/guardians, and other persons essential to resident success.
Perform Casita searches for prohibited items and monthly housing inspections, including fire safety.
Communicate facility maintenance needs promptly.
Attend meetings as assigned.
Hold weekly staff meetings.
Provide reflective supervision to staff.
Conduct exit interviews with residents.
Oversee communication of resident changes to TSS staff.
Maintain a clean driving record based on Dream Tree Project insurance requirements.
Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Compensation:
$100 = 30 Days after start date
$100 = 60 Days after start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
