Family Medicine Faculty Opportunity East Central Indiana Hospital-employed BC/BE Family Medicine physician to serve as Residency Faculty within an established and unopposed ACGME-accredited FM Residency Program (18 resident slots) Competitive compensation package Join a well-supported academic team including a Program Director, core physician faculty, faculty psychologist, GME leadership, clinical supervisors, medical education assistants, and clinical staff Inpatient and outpatient teaching with a practice mix of approximately: 75% precepting, 10% lectures, 15% administrative Candidates with interest or experience in Obstetrics strongly preferred Epic EMR Benefits: full hospital-employed package including $60K signing bonus, $100K+ in loan repayment, relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, malpractice with tail, CME allowance, retirement options, and additional physician perks Located 35 minutes from Dayton International Airport (DAY) and 60 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) No visa sponsorship available
