They are looking for someone to support and develop the interfaces in and out of it.The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can understand an existing COTS application, support its interfaces, and develop reliable integrations using Python and Java. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and production-support skills are important for this role.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Autotime Developer with strong Python and Java development skills to support and enhance integrations with Autotime, a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) timekeeping application.The ideal candidate will have experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between Autotime and other enterprise applications. This role will work closely with technical and business teams to support existing integrations, develop new interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data exchange between systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain existing Autotime integrations and interfaces.Design, develop, test, and implement new interfaces to and from Autotime.Develop and maintain integration components using Python and Java.Troubleshoot interface, data, and application-related issues.Work with internal teams and application stakeholders to understand integration requirements.Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling.Develop scripts and utilities to automate operational and integration processes.Monitor interfaces and investigate failed or delayed transactions.Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support.Create and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and integrations.Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Python development.Strong hands-on experience with Java development.Experience supporting or developing application integrations/interfaces.Experience working with COTS applications, preferably enterprise timekeeping or workforce-management systems.Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and system-to-system integrations.Experience with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Understanding of software development and testing practices.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
