Maintenance Facilities Technician

Job Description Join a team where your skills matter!We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Technician to support day-to-day facility operations and maintenance. This role is responsible for handling infrastructure repairs, covering everything from flooring to roofing. These tasks can include small electrical fixes or light installations, signage, removal of heavy dust, moving materials to the roof, dock door repairs, pipe repairs, and any other typical building maintenance. Our department uses equipment like sit-down forklifts, scissor lifts (45'), boom lifts, SkyTraks, and, of course, golf carts.You will work closely with management while also assisting/leading task direction for other maintenance staff, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
