Dedicated IT Support Technician - Columbus

Job Description We're looking for a Dedicated IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. In this role, you'll be embedded on-site with a client in Columbus, OH, serving as their primary IT support resource. You'll also travel to additional client locations across Central and Southern Ohio as needed to support users and maintain IT operations.If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and owning outcomes, this is a great opportunity to grow your technical and client-facing experience.What You'll DoProvide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for end users (tickets, walk-ins, email, chat)Troubleshoot and resolve issues across:Workstations, laptops, and user devicesNetwork, wireless, and server environmentsDeploy and manage devices using Microsoft IntuneSupport and maintain Azure-based environmentsConfigure and troubleshoot networking (switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls)Work directly with client stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issuesCollaborate with internal teams and escalate when neededCoordinate with third-party vendors on technical issuesMaintain accurate documentation and asset inventoryTravel to client locations across Central and Southern Ohio as neededContribute to projects and assist with implementationsMonitor and meet KPIs for response time, resolution, and customer satisfactionWhat You Bring (Required)2–5 years of hands-on IT support experienceExperience supporting Windows environments and end usersStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networkingExperience with:Microsoft Intune / MDM toolsMicrosoft AzureNetworking concepts (VPNs, firewalls, routing, wireless)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneouslyNice to HaveCertifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.)Experience with VMware or Hyper-VFamiliarity with Barracuda or similar security toolsExperience working in a Managed Services (MSP) environmentWhy Join UsDirect, hands-on role supporting a dedicated clientExposure to multiple client environments and technologiesCollaborative and growth-focused team cultureCompetitive salary + benefitsCompany DescriptionOur mission at Accellis Technology Group is to have a positive lasting impact on our people, our clients, and our community.
