Bertolucci Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Carpenter. Local, family owned, residential contractor providing professional remodeling solutions since 1976 is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. Essential Functions Working knowledge of construction materials and blueprints MUST have knowledge of work safety procedures and the ability to perform work in a safe manner within safety regulations Basic technical and problem-solving abilities a must Job Skills and Qualifications Demolition of structures in residential settings Construct building framework Sheetrock repair and installation Installation and/or repair of structures and fixtures such as: windows, doors, floors, siding, roofing, decking, and fencing Cabinet installation and modification Tile setting Concrete Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to maintain professionalism Ability to adapt quickly Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and with integrity Be able to manage time efficiently Work Environment / Physical Demands This role is routinely involved driving to and from a job location, purchasing and lifting materials from vehicle to job site, and at times lifting heavy objects. This is an active role with constant moving and standing for extended periods, standing, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 100 pounds and navigating tight spaces. Additional Requirements This is a full-time, non-exempt position; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Occasional overtime. Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and a valid driver's license are a must. Impeccable attendance is imperative.
