Senior Technical Support Analyst

Software Methods is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to play a key role at our client located in King of Prussia, PA. This is an exciting 24+ month contract opportunity. Responsibilities: Create Business Requirements Documents and Design Documents Create/update SQL queries to support business leadsReview and update corporate policies and procedures for Information Technology Create and track project plans Interface with external vendors for tasks/projects like vulnerability scans and patchingCreate Test Plans and execute tests. Required Skills: Bachelors or more advanced degreeFamiliarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks at the same time while still meeting deadlines.Flexibility to change priorities as neededA general understanding of electricity marketsExcellent customer support including good communication, written and verbal skills and problem solving abilityDemonstrated ability to debug and maintain complex systems, particularly those created by other developers with minimal available documentationAbility to create/debug SQL code … queries, stored procedures Experience as a .Net developer in a technical organization writing software applications preferredWorking knowledge and experience in the following technologies: Familiarity with C# .NET framework code Projects ASP.NET and MVC SOAP SQL Server MS OfficeAbility to grow with position, increasing expertise, responsibility, and accountability.Unable to sponsor visas for this position.Please encourage those authorized, to work in the U.S. without a visa, to apply!No third parties please.
