Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description: Area Customer Service Coordinator Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple locations in New Jersey, including Princeton, Raritan, Skillman, Basking Ridge, Berkeley Heights, Short Hills, Florham Park, and Morristown. This role requires a personal vehicle for commuting to various work sites, which may be 50+ miles apart. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. Location: Various locations in NJ Dress Code: Business casual COVID Requirements: Candidates must be fully vaccinated in accordance with CDC guidelines. Hours: Candidates must be available to work between 7 AM and 7 PM. Perks: After successfully completing an 8-week trial period, a qualified candidate may receive permanent employment with a one-time $500 sign-on bonus, along with additional pay, benefits, and reimbursement options. Roles & Responsibilities: Support daily operations at customer accounts within assigned geographic areas. Assist with process improvement and compliance with operational best practices. Collaborate with Field Implementation Managers for new account setups and service expansions. Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers. Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct daily visual inspections of site services to ensure safety and compliance. Gather feedback to improve customer experiences and escalate issues when necessary. Provide hospitality tasks, including answering calls, scheduling, and maintaining office areas. Be adaptable to cover various accounts and locations as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience; post-secondary education preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps; experience with printing equipment is a plus. Must possess a valid, violation-free driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to cover assignments at multiple locations. Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of mailroom operations, shipping/receiving processes, and troubleshooting print equipment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations. Working Conditions: Typically office and warehouse environments with standard lighting and noise levels. May involve physical activities, including lifting, standing, and walking between buildings. Frequent local travel is required, with a possibility of extended hours or varied schedules based on site needs.
