Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell when they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations and guest services
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.40 - $14.00 per hour
