DescriptionThe Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Provide clinical direction to Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and students. Participate in continuing education and contribute to program development (e.g., pelvic health, neuro rehab, balance training). Requirements:Required BLS (Basic Life Support) Required PT (Physical Therapy) Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Op II-SFBH Location: Bloomingdale Main -- Valrico, FL Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m./Days Weekend Work: None On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
