In addition to chiller work, this role includes servicing standard commercial HVAC equipment and ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer performance standards and contractual expectations. This is a field-based role requiring strong troubleshooting ability, an independent work ethic, and professional communication with clients and facility teams.Key Responsibilities This position involves troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, chillers up to 2500 tons, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and VRF systems. The technician will install and replace commercial HVAC equipment such as chillers and rooftop units, perform preventative maintenance and operational testing, and diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and control issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
