Licensed Therapist or Social Worker

JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a Part Time Licensed Marriage Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS Centennial Harvest Wellness Institute provides high quality, compassionate counseling, and psychotherapy services. We are seeking an experienced California Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist, who is compassionate, responsible and dependable. Duties and Job Functions: Our LCSW or LMFT shall be responsible for reviewing applicant files and completing the required initial assessment intake and treatment plan. Possess the ability to work both independently and as a member of a healthcare team to provide optimal services to a population of financially disadvantaged young adults. Record all mental health documentation, such as, diagnosis, treatment and management plans, medication, reason of denial into the program (only if recommended) in the Health Record & Health and Wellness Program forms. Functions independently in providing mental health consultation and education, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and other psychological services. Position is in-person in Stockton, CA TRAINING, EXPERIENCE and LICENSE: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited college. An active license to practice in the state of California. Work hours: 4 - 6 hours per week Salary: $45 - $55 Centennial Harvest Wellness Institute is an equal opportunity employer.
