Field Technician- Lead

This role involves a variety of hands-on services including pressure washing, line striping, building washing, and specialty cleaning. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in visible results, and want to grow with a fast-moving company, this is a strong opportunity.Responsibilities:- Perform residential and commercial pressure washing (homes, sidewalks, driveways, buildings)- Parking lot line striping and layout work- Commercial building washing and maintenance- Shopping cart retrieval services- Interior cleaning and detailing for commercial spaces- Gas station cleaning (fuel pads, canopies, etc.)- Flatwork cleaning (concrete, sidewalks, curbs)- Kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines- Deliver high-quality results and strong customer serviceRequirements:- Valid driver's license (preferred)- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods- Strong attention to detail- Reliable transportation and punctuality- Willingness to learn and take direction- Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personPreferred Qualities:- Hardworking and self-motivated- Team player with a positive attitude- Takes pride in quality work- Comfortable working with equipment and toolsPay & Growth:- Competitive pay based on experience- Opportunities for raises based on performance- Potential for leadership roles as the company growsSchedule:- Full-time and part-time positions available- Some early mornings, evenings, or weekend work may be required depending on jobs
