Mechanical Assembler - Additional people needed

Job Summary: Our company, a leading environmental services provider, is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. You will be assisting the science team in the laboratory and in the field with building pilot scale, and full-scale, mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is experienced in fabricating original equipment from drawings, has excellent communication skills, is energetic, and reliable. The Applicant should be focused on quality, efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism, and have good reading comprehension. Understand the importance of working in a team environment but can also work independently with little supervision. Must have a sense of urgency in completing tasks. Responsibilities: · Builds experimental mechanical systems of medium to high complexity containing piping, pumps, instrumentation, knowledge of general electrical wiring and other process equipment components is a plus. · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components · Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, fabricate, and modify parts as necessary · Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled components meet required specifications · Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues · Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience in mechanical assembly - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Soldering experience is a plus If you are a skilled Mechanical Assembler looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
