Outbound Sales Representative

Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative Location: Middlesex, New Jersey Job Type: Full-Time Deco Planters is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminum and Corten steel planters, edging, pergolas and other landscaping products for various commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Deco Planters. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through heavy outbound calling, targeting construction and landscaping companies across the West Coast. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to construction and landscaping companies to promote Deco Planters' products and services Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities Presenting and sending follow up materials to prospects and existing customers Identify and pursue new business leads, generating high-quality leads and converting them into sales Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers and identify new sales opportunities Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure effective sales strategies and promotions Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in an outbound calling environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable with technology and able to navigate CRM software Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
