Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution front desk location.; Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in a professional manner.; Answer questions, provide directions, and support employees, visitors, and contractors with front desk assistance and other security-related inquiries.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Observe lobby and reception activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and notify appropriate personnel of security-related concerns or suspicious behavior.
