Their team is focused on helping children build communication, feeding, and developmental skills through supportive, engaging therapy.About the RoleThe Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will work closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and support children as they progress toward their communication goals.This role includes leading speech and language activities, monitoring and reporting patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the therapy team to support patient development.RequirementsAssociate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA programActive SLPA license or certification, or eligibilityPediatric experience preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with SLPs and interdisciplinary therapy teamsPassion for supporting children and families in a fun, engaging therapy environment
