We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team of caring professionals in the Waterford Lakes area. As a CNA at Arden HealthCare Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide mobility assistance and transferring clients Administer medication reminders Offer companionship and conversation Assist with meal preparation and nutrition Perform light housekeeping and laundry Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings Grocery shopping and running errands Manage client's home environment and safety Requirements: Minimum 1 year of home care experience Valid Florida Driver's License Own a registered and insured vehicle Level 2 background check (fingerprints required) CPR Certification 1-hour HIV/Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate 2-hour Alzheimer's/Dementia Certificate Benefits: Pay: $17 per hour (depending on the case) Flexible Scheduling: 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts available Incentive Pay: Additional pay for short shifts and complex cases Supportive Work Environment: We value and appreciate our caregivers How to Apply: If you are a compassionate caregiver who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to apply to this rewarding opportunity.
