Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Fort Wayne, IN Agency: Patterns LLC Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary Staff Clinician I utilizes therapeutic skills to assess the psychosocial functioning and provide intervention strategies to alleviate these needs by providing individual, group, marital and/or family therapy. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and provides educational seminars and in-service training that may be beneficial and/or required. Education Must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other counseling related field. Licensure/Certification CPI required within 60 in days of employment. CPR required within 30 days of employment. Temp, Associate or full Licensure/certification is required at hire. Experience 2 years in the health care or social service field, psychiatric hospital experience preferred. Other Qualifications Must be available to work flexible hours and days of the week including weekends and evenings. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
