The ideal candidates should be passionate about providing a high-quality service.Job Purpose: To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience.Job Responsibilities:At all times employees must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and other employeesGreet, register, and assign guestrooms per reservation detailsAnswer reservation requests, change requests, and cancelations in a timely mannerCoordinates with fellow departments to meet and exceed guest satisfactionAnswer all guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services and local attractionsRecord all guest incidents, comments, and complaints and communicate them to the hotel supervisor and management team.Verify that all in-coming and in-house guests have valid methods of paymentCounts bank at the beginning and end of shift, secure bankManually post charges from all hotel outlets to appropriate guest foliosMaintain open communication with housekeeping to ensure rooms have been properly vacated and cleanedAnswer all inbound calls within three ringsEnsure the completion and signature of the Front Desk Shift ChecklistInform guests of any existing brand or hotel specific updates that will affect their stayProper package handling and storageJob Skills:Speak clearly and listen carefully.Use personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people.Communicate well.Change easily and frequently from one activity to another such as from typing to interviewing, to searching in a directory, to using a telephone.Use eyes, hands, and fingers accurately while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard.Job Qualifications:EducationHS Diploma or equivalent.ExperienceMinimum 1-year Front Desk Agent, general office, or customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination.Job TypeFull-Time/Part-TimeBenefitsAccrued VacationHoliday PayHealth InsuranceDental/Vision/401KDiscounted Hilton Hotel StaysCome and Join Us...
