Customer Account Specialist
Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for customer relationship building, engagement and support efforts aimed at increasing sales opportunities.
Interface with customers to answer questions, provide pricing, and scheduling of orders via phone and email.
Assigned key accounts to manage daily.
Proactively handle outbound communications and follow-ups with our customers both internal and external.
Manage full lifecycle of the Quote and Sales Order process by working with Sampling, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales team.
Responsible for working with sales team to develop new and existing client relationships.
· Order processing and entry into production system.
· Customer follow up and communication for quotes and inside sales.
Accurately enter/configure all customer quotes and orders into ERP system.
Adapt to changes in process and responsibilities as outlined by management to achieve agreed upon goals.
Qualifications:
High School Degree/GED
Account Management Experience 1-3 years
Data Entry Experience 3+ years
Quote/Estimating preparation experience preferred
Able to read/produce drawing schematics preferred
Glass and/or construction experience preferred
Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
Skills:
· Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word with the ability to learn new software.
Strong technical skills with strong accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, to communicate with customers, sales team, peers, and management.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to find solutions for our customers.
