Role Description The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Trane HVAC systems and solutions to commercial customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, prospecting potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs. The role involves providing training on product solutions and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in College Station, TX. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Presentations and ability to effectively communicate product offerings to diverse audiencesExperience in Sales Prospecting to identify and engage potential customersStrong Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clientsBackground in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goalsCapability to provide Training on product features and usageStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredKnowledge of HVAC systems and commercial building solutions is a plus
