Position PurposeUnder the general supervision of the School Principal, to facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students and by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: As established by the New Mexico Public Education Department. A bachelor’s degree. A valid New Mexico teaching license with endorsements as needed. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Board may find appropriate. Be able to pass a background check. Applicant must be willing to work on site and in person.
