At Redhawk Earthworks, you’ll have the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that prioritizes both professional growth and work-life balance.  About the Role Redhawk Earthworks, LLC is seeking a high-performing Sr. Heavy Civil Estimator focusing on Earthwork to lead and drive our estimating efforts across heavy civil and site development projects in our Justin, TX office location. This role is built for a self-motivated, highly independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently produce a high volume of accurate, competitive bids.  Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all estimating efforts for earthwork and site development projects  Produce a high volume of bids weekly while maintaining accuracy and competitiveness  Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and pricing strategies  Develop and maintain production rates, equipment spreads, and cost models  Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic advantages in each bid  Collaborate with operations and leadership on bid strategy and project selection  Leverage and expand existing client relationships and portfolio   What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in heavy civil / earthwork estimating (REQUIRED)Proven track record of bidding and winning large-scale sitework or excavation projects  Strong proficiency: HCSS HeavyBid (preferred), AGTEK, InSite, or similar takeoff software  Ability to work independently with minimal oversight  Highly driven, self-disciplined, and results-oriented Deep understanding of:  Mass grading and excavation  Excavation & fill  Utilities (storm, sewer, water)  Subgrade prep, lime/cement treatment Equipment productivity and production rates  Means and methods in earthwork construction   Preferred (Highly Valued) Existing client portfolio / relationships within the DFW or Texas market  Experience with negotiated work and repeat clients  Leadership experience or ability to grow into a leadership role  CPE (Certified Professional Estimator – ASPE) CCP (AACE) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $145,000 – $155,000  Semi-annual performance bonuses (based on individual + company performance)  Full health benefits (medical, dental, and vision) PTO PackageOpportunity to play a key role in a growing company  This estimator position is a full-time role based in our Justin, Texas office. How to Apply Apply directly on LinkedIn or email resume to admin@redhawkearthworks.com
