Enterprise Application Manager - Workday

We’re seeking a Workday Enterprise Applications Manager to join our healthcare client.This is a full-time position and candidates who don't need sponsorship now or in the future will be considered. The final interview will be onsite and local candidates are preferred.ResponsibilitiesOversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of business applicationsCoordinate with IT teams and vendors for prompt issue resolutionCollaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts and developers, to define and enhance technology solutions that propel our business forwardAnalyze business processes to identify improvements, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate insights into technical specifications for process innovationEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within business applicationsEnsure application compliance with regulations and internal policies, including HIPAA and PCIMaintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures Required SkillsStrong organizational skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and team members Preferred SkillsEight (8) years of experience in IT requiredFour (4) years of experience managing enterprise applications requiredTwo (2) years of leadership experience in a multi-unit environment requiredStrong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and integration technologiesStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinionsStrong proficiency in SQLStrong project management skills
