Position OverviewDAS Health is seeking a Field Services Technician II to serve as a primary, onsite technical resource for one of our key clients in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will provide front-line support to end users at the client's corporate office/resource center while also supporting additional client sites across the region as needed.This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys working directly with users, resolving technical issues in real time, and supporting a dynamic multi-site environment. Location & Travel Onsite daily at a client corporate office/resource center in West Des Moines, IATravel required to additional client locations across Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota as neededKey ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Service Delivery Serve as the primary, front-line technical support resource for onsite end usersTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely mannerManage and resolve assigned tickets in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)Communicate effectively with users, providing updates and setting expectationsOnsite Technical Support Provide daily onsite support at the client's West Des Moines corporate officeTravel to regional client sites for support, installations, and issue resolution as neededPerform site assessments, hardware installs, and environment setupsDeploy and support PCs, peripherals, and networking equipmentTechnical Expertise & Troubleshooting Support Windows operating systems and desktop applicationsSupport Microsoft 365 environmentsTroubleshoot basic to intermediate networking issuesSupport servers and cloud-based systems such as Azure and AWSIdentify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve performance and stabilityDocumentation & Process Adherence Maintain accurate documentation in IT Glue and ticketing systemsFollow change management and documentation standardsAssist with client onboarding, implementations, and technology rolloutsTeam Collaboration Partner with Service Desk, Field Services, and Engineering teams for issue escalationProvide support and guidance to junior technicians as neededParticipate in after-hours or on-call rotation as requiredQualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred)2–4 years of experience in IT support or field servicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting end users in a professional environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work onsite daily in West Des Moines, IAAbility to travel regionally across Iowa, South Dakota, and MinnesotaPreferred CompTIA A+ or Network+ certificationsExperience with MSP tools and environments (RMM, ticketing systems, etc.)Experience with basic networking and infrastructure supportFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)What You'll Bring A proactive, customer-first mindsetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently as a trusted onsite resourceConfidence supporting users in a face-to-face environmentWhy DAS Health?
