Job Title: Project Manager - IT III - Airtable Solutions & Technical ArchitectLocation: Atlanta (100% remote) 6 Months100% REMOTE 20 hours a week- part time 4-6 months contract They need to have their own laptop 100% remote work This person MUST HAVE: 3 plus years of Airtable hands on experience. Being able to build solutions in Airtable. They MUST be client facing with great communication skills where they can present solutions to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Airtable Build & Workflow Enablement: ● Serve as a primary “hands on keys” Airtable builder for ongoing enhancements, new workflows, interface updates, and automation improvements. ● Support day-to-day enablement requests and troubleshooting. ● Maintain and refine existing databases, automations, and interfaces to ensure usability and reliability. Strategic Partnership ● Participate in recurring client meetings and working sessions as part of the client team. ● Understand client business objectives, translate those into business requirements, and ensure alignment to technical solutions. ● Proactively identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements. ● Help prioritize initiatives in collaboration with the other stakeholders. ● Contribute to solution planning discussions and support progress across active workstreams. Governance & Best Practices ● Ensure solutions follow established governance, compliance, and data integrity standards. ● Document workflows and support knowledge transfer to client users. ● Promote scalable, maintainable builds aligned to internal best practices. What You’ll Bring Qualifications- REQUIRED: ● 5+ years of experience delivering digital, systems, code and no-code solutions in a client-facing or embedded capacity ● 3+ years of strong hands-on experience building in Airtable (bases, automations, interfaces, permissions, integrations).MUST HAVE Technical skills: REQUIRED: Proficiency in data querying and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) to support data analysis, automation, and solution development. Experience building scalable solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Coda, Softr, Bubble), including data structures, interfaces, and user-centric workflows. ● Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective system solutions ● Ability to balance hands-on execution with thoughtful, practical strategic thinking ● Proven ability to build trust and manage client relationships in complex environments ● Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders ● Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities with strong organization and responsiveness Education & Certifications ● Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. ● Preferred: Airtable Admin and Builder certifications. Experience working with Marketing and Communications teams and other AI / no-code development platforms is a plus!
