Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer to join our Agile/Scrum team. This position will focus on managing and developing solutions for CMS Interoperability and TCM auto assignment. This position will be contract and remote.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain SQL code and databases for CMS Interoperability and TCM auto assignment projectsCollaborate with agile/scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project timelinesParticipate in daily scrum calls, sprint planning, and reviewsEnsure data integrity and optimize database performanceDevelop and implement data standards and best practices for interoperabilityTroubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptlyProvide technical guidance and support to team membersWhat You'll Need Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field6-7+ years' experience as a SQL Developer, particularly in healthcare or related industriesStrong knowledge of healthcare data standards and CMS InteroperabilityProficiency in SQL coding, database design, and performance tuningFamiliarity with agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to report progress effectively in scrum callsPreferred: Experience with TCM auto assignment processesKnowledge of data integration and ETL processesUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare data managementExperience with Qvera would be a plus
