Job Title: Oracle Utilities MTM/C2M DeveloperLocation: Dallas , TX (Onsite)Duration: 12+ MonthsAbout Role:Highly skilled Oracle Utilities Developer with strong expertise in MTM (Market Transactions Management) and C2M (Customer to Meter) applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience using Java and Groovy, deep functional knowledge of the Meter-to-Cash cycle, and proven ability to design, configure, and implement solutions within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).Responsibilities:Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions for Oracle Utilities MTM and C2M applications.Work on market transaction flows, billing, payments, customer service, and metering processes.Develop and customize functionalities using Java, Groovy, and OUAF components such as Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, Algorithms, and Business Services.Create detailed solution documentation and functional design documents for development teams.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and assist in production deployments.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities applications, with a focus on MTM (mandatory) and C2M.Strong programming experience with Java and Groovy.Proven expertise in the Meter-to-Cash cycle covering market transaction flows, billing, payments, customer service, and metering.Proficiency in OUAF components: Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, Algorithms, and Business Services.
