This role is responsible for conducting business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business objectives.Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experienceStrong experience in SAP implementations and supportAbility to analyze business processes and recommend effective SAP solutionsExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skillsKey Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionDesign, configure, and test various SAP modulesManage SAP implementations and support activitiesAnalyze current business processes and client scenarios to recommend and develop effective solutionsExecute complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved proceduresMaintain thorough knowledge of organizational standards and best practicesProvide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clientsDevelop and evaluate implementation plans and provide leadership and direction to project teamsProvide detailed knowledge of industry best practices and SAP methodologiesAct as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and issue resolutionInvestigate, analyze, and resolve software-related issuesMap client business requirements, processes, and objectives to SAP solutionsDevelop necessary product modifications to meet client needsWork Environment: Hybrid role with flexibility for remote work within the United StatesPreference for candidates located closer to the EST time zone"All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran."U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
