Floor Manager

Zoli is a new endeavor from Ned Baldwin (Houseman) focused on approachable but progressive American cooking in collaboration with the Amant Center for Contemporary Arts in East Williamsburg. Opening Spring 2026. An earnest desire to cultivate a culture of excellence rooted in kindness and collaboration is required for this role. Resumes submitted without cover letters will not be considered :). 2+ years of relevant experience in highly rated, high volume NYC restaurants preferred. Additional Requirements:- Familiarity with ResyOS, Toast, InDesign, and Microsoft Office- Anticipate guest needs and build lasting relationships with regulars, VIPs, and newcomers alike- Multitask, delegate, and execute in a fast-paced environment in order to support and uplift FOH staff- Maintain seamless coordination with BOH and FOH leadership with focus on service protocols, guidance for dining room staff, and training / reinforcement of existing SOPs- Uphold service standards, appearance, and professionalism - for dining room staff as well as general restaurant appearance and hygiene - Experience with Event Planning and/or Social Media a plus.What we offer:Full-time schedule, 40-50 hours/weekOpportunity to help build and shape a new restaurant from the ground upCollaborative work environment with likeminded hospitality and culinary professionalsHealthcare BenefitsOpportunity for growth!
