If you're excited about making healthcare more human, you've come to the right place.We are looking for an experienced consultant to help design, configure, activate and support the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active-duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation's Veteran's, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.A Principal Consultant is an experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.**Responsibilities**Requirements:- 6+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner solutions.- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.- Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner product or technical expertise relevant to rehabilitation practice focus is required. **Candidate should be proficient in designing, building, and maintaining rehabilitation clinical documentation via build tools including but not limited to PowerForms/DCPTools, MPages/Bedrock, Event Set Hierarchy, and CPOE/PowerOrders.**- Must be familiar with Oracle Health/Cerner consulting project methodology from current state review to go live/health check.- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.- Ability to travel as needed.- Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen\#LI-SP1Disclaimer:**Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.****Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only**US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum.
