*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drywall/Framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for framing structures and installing drywall with precision and efficiency, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Your expertise in framing, drywall installation, and related construction skills will help ensure high-quality results that meet safety standards and project specifications. This position offers an energetic environment where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will make a tangible impact on building projects from start to finish. *Duties* * Erect metal building frameworks and install drywall according to blueprints and technical drawings * Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools * Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately execute framing and drywall tasks * Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for structural support * Conduct metal stud framing and trim carpentry to achieve precise dimensional measurements and alignments * Use tape measures, levels, squares, and other tools to ensure accurate measurements and alignments * Assist with remodeling projects by removing old materials, preparing surfaces, and installing new drywall or framing components * Operate welding equipment when necessary for metal framework or structural reinforcement * Support construction management by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean worksite, and coordinating with team members on project timelines *Qualifications* * Proven experience in drywall installation, framing (including wood and metal), and general construction site work * Skilled in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans with attention to detail * Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, levels, tape measures, and power tools * Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, welding, and plastering is highly desirable * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday * Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety standards on job sites * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required for accurate framing and drywall work * Experience with remodeling projects or woodworking is a plus * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions independently Join our team if you’re passionate about craftsmanship in the construction industry!
