Print Shop Assistant

We are a premier custom graphics and fabrication provider located in Eugene, Oregon. We specialize in large format printing, custom sign creation, vehicle wraps and lettering and industrial fabrication. Our clients are primarily regional businesses, event organizers and branding/marketing firms. We provide a wide range of services and our projects are typically custom made-to-order. STARTING PAY: Based on Qualifications and Related Experience FULL TIME POSITION: Mon-Fri, 7:00a-3:30p. Some evening/weekend hours may be required as needed BENEFITS: Flexible Benefit Package after 90 Day Probation Period Minimum Requirements: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator for Layout and Print Design Able to lift 50 lbs. Experience applying vinyl graphics to vehicles and other substrates Preferential Consideration Given to Candidates With: Graphics Installation Experience on variety of media Associate Degree in Graphic Design Solvent, Latex and Direct Printing Experience Responsibilities and Skills: Knowledge and experience setting up and preparing artwork files for production Order and manage incoming materials for inventory Research and stay up-to-date on relevant industry knowledge and practices and apply to current job Take accurate measurements Be able to see accurate color Calculate dimensional ratios, percentages and costs per linear and square foot Operate and maintain a variety of print shop machines Experience applying graphics to vehicles and other substrates Maintain a clean and organized work area Work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers Perform work duties with minimal supervision Interpersonal Skills: Efficient, self-motivated, independent Dependable, punctual Friendly, energetic, positive attitude Able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Attentive to detail Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Can you pass a Federal Firearms background check?
