Compensation:
$125,300 - $189,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring each client receives a personalized and informative experience.
Collaborate with the lead agent to understand client needs and tailor property tours accordingly.
Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights to enhance their property search.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends to offer clients the best options.
Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
Gather and relay client feedback to the team to refine property selections and improve service.
Support the lead agent in developing and nurturing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty over time.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels, to enhance client interactions.
Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Familiarity with Baldwin County's real estate market, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to local trends.
Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple property showings and client interactions seamlessly.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to schedule appointments, track client interactions, and stay organized.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various property locations as needed.
