You'll handle everything from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and benefits — acting as a go-to partner for both employees and managers.What You'll DoRecruit, onboard, and support new hiresSupport employee relations with professionalism and confidentialityAssist with benefits and performance management processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain accurate employee records and reportsContribute to policy updates, training programs, and team initiativesBe a key partner in shaping an engaged, high-performing workplaceGrow your HR career while supporting team development and complianceWhat You'll BringKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProficiency in HRIS and Google or Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience3+ years in HR Generalist roleSHRM-CP/SCP or THRP certification preferredWhat We RequireExperience with HRIS systems and digital onboarding platformsPrior experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or benefits administrationInterest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
