Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, involves families in care plans, and maintains thorough, policy-compliant documentation. Supervises departmental staff, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in research and professional development. Upholds ethical standards, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a positive professional presence while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
