Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, skilled multi-tasker to join our legal team as an Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Key responsibilities include: Warmly greeting clients and visitors Managing phone calls and mail distribution, including daily delivery of mail to post office Preparing documents for mailing and e-filing Processing payments Processing returned mailings Maintaining office supplies and organization Providing administrative support as needed Qualifications: Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and standard office software Punctuality, reliability, and a hardworking nature Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to continuously develop skills This is an in-person position at our law firm office.
