Infrastructure Engineer

We're collaborating with a world-leading software company that builds platforms for data-driven decisions and operations, empowering partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, and locate missing children.The Role Build, operate, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable services for the company's platforms, products, and deployments. Develop novel solutions to evolving challenges and automate processes using industry-leading LLM and AI technology. Develop software and own reliability and operations for critical software systems for government challenges. Work closely with forward-deployed and product teams to participate in sensible, scalable, systems design. Handle support and operations of the software, including monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades. Deploy new products across many production environments and perform migrations to the latest infrastructure types.What You'll Need Confidence in troubleshooting complex systems issues independently using observability tools and service logs. Ability to identify and automate highly manual tasks, driving ongoing improvements. Comfort with large scale production systems and technologies (e.g., load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, configuration management). Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, Bash, JavaScript, Go or similar. Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
